Login to your MyAlphaCare Portal using your username and password to initiate, track progress or close a support instance. You can also call technical support at (270) 685-3002 anytime Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. You can submit general inquiries by e-mail to our support team as well any time 24x7.

Alphatek's My AlphaCare portal is a powerful web based application that gives you the vital information instantly in real-time. You can log in and create your own service tickets directly from this portal ensuring that the right people get notified immediately of your issue as well as the designated people within your company.

You also have access to a robust selections of account-specific features such as service reports, invoices, agreements and block time balances. There is also a searchable knowledge base specific to your own company's known issues.

You can track the progress of your service ticket from beginning to resolution and elect to be notified by e-mail of any updates or changes in status.

How it works:

Step 1:  Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed  back to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session. Simply click the Start Session button. 

Step 2:  You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.

 Step 3:  With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Step 4:  You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
